The Dude of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel now a CLT 2010 Vice President for Programs receives Certified Local Trainer status level from Junior Chamber International  CEBU CITY, Philippines (December 2009) Junior Chamber International Cebu-Mactan Channel’s Leadership Institute and Fellowship of Entrepreneurs (L.I.F.E.) pool of trainers once again received honor from Junior Chamber International as Ryan Expeditus C. Andales, the incoming Vice President for Programs was elevated to the status of Certified Local Trainer. Ryan, who is more commonly referred to as the “Dude” of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel completed the last JCI Prime Course during the 2007 JCI Philippines National Convention in Cebu City conducted by Past JCI Malaysia National President and International Training Fellow JCI Sen. Teresa Alberto.
Ryan, who is currently connected with PruLIFE UK and is an aspiring businessman himself, joined the ranks of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel during the incumbency of 2007 President Angelo Daniel Parcon. A valued member of the local organization, Ryan who chooses to play the role of those who wish to remain in the background, rose in the ranks of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel from the moment he got bitten by the JCI bug. In 2008, he assumed the role of Individual Development Commissioner and in 2009 as the Business Development Commissioner. Last September he was elected to be part of the team of Board of Directors of 2010 President Marlon Ariel L. Polinar and received the portfolio as the Vice President for Programs.
He joins 2008 President Jolex Yu Lim and recently elevated trainer 2010 Secretary Iris Vera Petralba as Certified Local Trainers in JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel’s training team called LIFE. Aside from them, LIFE also has in its fold Certified National Trainers Charter President Cerwin Eviota and LIFE Directress Lorelei Dasmariñas and JCI Trainers President Emi, 2010 VP Irish Arong-Rago, Directors Joni Ocular, Dennis Cabase and Charter VP Matet Calibugan. 
Ryan with his training module delving on resourcefulness entitled “A Jewel of Achievement” Always one who is intent on raising the bar in anything that he engages in, Ryan will now take on a more important role in the local organization’s mission and goals in 2010 as a Vice President. The 2010 BOD of President Marlon is an excellent mixture of youth and veteran leadership which justifies JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel’s proven formula of letting new members shine themselves with the guiding hands of veteran JCI members. Ever since he joined the local organization, it has been Ryan’s passionate intent of training those who wish to be trained and those who choose to be better in life and on a side note maintain his image as the “Dude” in one of JCI Philippines youngest local organizations.
