JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel videos throughout the years

All of us will always have the willing movie stars within us.  As JCI members, it doesn't make us any different.  It will always make us feel nostalgic every time we see ourselves in videos, even though if these are just a collection of various photos and images that capture the very essence in us.

Our Fellowship Video

It does not mean that if we pledged to pursue the path of becoming active young citizens and be empowered to create positive change, we have to do it without fun!

The 2009 President

JCI Mem. Emi Rose S. Remoroza-Parcon; the 2009 President.  The first female president of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel and the better half of 2007 President Angelo Daniel Parcon.  Leading the chapter in 2009, Emi championed her administration's theme of Be R.E.L.E.V.A.N.T. to Be Better (Responsive and Emphatic  Leadership Empowered by Values for Active citizenship Nurtured with Trainings).

JCI: Where Amazing Happens

An offshoot from the now world famous NBA advertisement but applying the same principles to that of JCI activities.  It is after all, in JCI, where a lot of amazing and incredible things happen.

JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel and the JCI Creed

A collection of photos arranged into a video depicted our varied activities living behind the teachings and learnings that we obtained from the tenets of the JCI Creed.

Our Partners

A dedication to the Corporate Partners who continue to believe in us and the way of the JCI Movement.  A testament to their undying support to creat better societies by supporting an organization who's aim is no less than creating better leaders

Our Charter Year

The year we were born into the Junior Chamber International movement.  Veteran JCI members and two National Presidents of the Philippine Junior Jaycees banding together to create the core group of the newest JCI Chapter in the Philippines in 2006.  All of us were idealistic and driven to practice the tenets and learnings of what the JCI movement truly stands for.

The Charter President

JCI Mem. Caesar Wenefrido T. Eviota III, NG; our Charter President.  Already exposed to the JCI movement when he was still a child through his mother, Pressy who was a charter member of JCI Cebu Hara.   Cerwin, as most of his close friends would call him, served as the NTC Commissioner for JCI Philippines during 2005 before he joined efforts with the rest of the core group to form JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel

2007: Our Breakout Year

Barely out of our Charter Year, we all buckled down to work to surpass our achievements from 2006.  Indeed, our united passion and determination once again proved to be the driving force behind our successes as we swept ten (10) Visayas Area Conference Awards and added three (3) more National Awards tucked under our belts.  This we did in our sophomore year alone.

The 2007 President

JCI Mem. Angelo Daniel R. Parcon; the 2007 President.  A JCI Member dating back to 1995 when he first joined the University of San Carlos Junior Jaycees also served as the National Secretary General for the Philippine Junior Jaycees in 1999-2000.  He initially became a regular JCI member with JCI Cebu in 2000 but did not hesitate to answer Charter President Cerwin's call for him to serve as Secretary for JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel during its Charter Year in 2006.  During Gelo's tenure as President, he steered the chapter to new heights which saw JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel win numerous awards from the Area and National levels

The 2008 Officers

The members of the 2008 Officers of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel.  A collection of varied personalities from different walks of life brought together by the common goal of the JCI Movement.

The 2008 President

JCI Mem. Jolex Yu Lim, PG; the 2008 President.  A charter member of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel and one who rose up from the ranks of achievers and success stories of the chapter.  Lex also serves as a vital member of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel's Chapter Training Force as a PRIME Graduate from the prestigious JCI University.  In 2006, Lex represented the entire Visayas Area during the JCI Philippines National Speaking Competition during the 58th JCIP National COnvention in Olongapo City and finished 1st Runner-up.  Lex currently serves as Head of the Corporate Services Department of Gothong Southern Shipping Incorporated.
