A collaboration between the Office of the Cebu City Vice Mayor, Hon. Michael Rama and Junior Chamber International Cebu-Mactan Channel. The project spanned between January 16-24, 2007 which saw the chapter provide for the evening entertainment at the Plaza Independencia Park. For its culminating program, the project selected beneficiary barangays whose children ranging between 5-12 years old received a bag of goodies from the organizers
