JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel outstanding chapter

The Freeman - 9/24/2009 issue THE FREEMAN, Cebu oldest daily newspaper since 1917, features in the Community section of its Sept. 24, 2009 issue the awards the chapter earned and its 4-PEAT as the No. JCI Chapter during the 29th Visayas Area Conference in Mandaue City. Another adherence by this chapter to the principles espoused in JCI 3M.
