Bernadette Nadette' Eviota-Loquellano gives her old name a contemporary and youhful feel.  With an undying love for life and for the arts, she exudes style and energy amidst her busy career in family and in the BPO industry and pro-actively involves herself in making her local community a more beautiful place to live in.

Having been part of the Junior Chamber International since 1993 as a Junior Jaycee member of the vaunted USC Junior Jaycees, Bernadette has spearheaded a number of socio-civic projects, most of which proved to be quite successful.

She is now among the Board of Directors of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel and remains restless and relentless in her pursuit of a better future and a better society.
