To describe Rose is to ask 2007 President Angelo Parcon on how she has been very dedicated to the JCI Movement.  Gelo states: "One of the persons which I depended on so much during my term as President in JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel. Rose epitomizes the nanay in all females. No matter what happens, the welfare of her kids remains her utmost duty! Ate Rose has always been one of my pillars in the 2007 Administration. Very humorous(mind you she has the loudest laugh in the group) and yet can be quite serious when it is called for. Behind the strict outer layer she may tend to show at first is a thoughtful and bubbly personality that never ceases to lighten up our day!"
