Chapter now has 10 JCI trainers Congratulations Jonelyn "Joni" Ocular 
CEBU CITY (March 16) -- The Leadership Institute and Fellowship of Entrepreneurs (L.I.F.E.), training arm of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel, added to its roster its 10th trainer. JCI Mem. Jonelyn “Joni” A. Ocular completed her JCI Trainer course over the weekend at the Aboitiz Corporate Center in this city. A fresh member of the Board of Directors (BOD) who assumed the Public Relations Officer (PRO) portfolio, Joni also serves as Individual Development Commissioner (IDC) in concurrent capacity. She finished JCI Trainer as its lone female graduate with attendees from host JCI Cebu, JCI Bohol "Sandugo" and JCI Loon (Bohol). She took JCI Presenter last July 19, 2008 at the same venue under JCI Sen. Andrew Norman of JCI Australia.

Sifting the intricacies in messaging
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel new members, babies and aspirants undergo workshops that 2006 Charter President Cerwin T. Eviota, CNT, NG, conducted on March 7 at Handuraw House for them to experience, relate with and subsequently apply after the essence and practical realities of effective communication, especially when applied in organizations with varied personalities like JCI. The workshop is part on the ongoing 2009 Membership Development Program (MDP) of this local JCI club.
