The organization of young active citizens responded to the call of Cebu City Mayor Michael L. Rama who echoed the call for help from Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Vicente Emano and Iligan City Mayor Lawrence Cruz and Vice Mayor Henry Dy. They aligned their efforts with the Cebu City Government and collaborated with McDonald's whose stores in Cebu will serve as receiving centers for donations from kind-hearted Cebuanos. Emi Rose R.
