FULFILLING the second tenet of Creed of Junior Chamber International (JCI) – That the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations, JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel forged over the weekend a twinning agreement with JCI Nam Daegu from the Metropolitan City of Daegu, the fourth largest metropolis in the Republic of Korea.
