JCI Achieve is a Chapter Development Course that deals with understanding our place within the non-profit industry, our challenges, the competitive factors and how to deal with them, recruitment and retention in relation to the existing demographic groups and how the brand promise is being delivered worldwide by our organization.

JCI Achieve should be taken by all current and future chapter officers and those who want to improve their management and planning skills.
