A Joint Project conducted by JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel and JCI Mandaue to signify their collective effort in developing their members into better parliamentarians.

Seminar speakers are no less than the Mandaue City Vice Mayor and past JCI Philippines General Legal Counsel Carlo Fortuna and 2006 Area IV NEVP Roy Sencio who will talk about 'Effective Meetings' and 'Proper Parliamentary Procedures'.
