As part of the training for new members and aspiring members, the Board of Directors of JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel deemed it necessary for them to attend and take part of a Project Management Seminar prior to their elevation to full-pledge membership.

This is to prepare them for their eventual chairmanship of projects and programs within the JCI movement to ensure the 'Learning by Doing' principle as expressed by the JCI leadership.
