Utilizing the skills and experience of the JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel Training Force, the chapter opted to package the JCI New Members Orientation into an experience-rich and informative session for those who have been invited to join the JCI movement.

Thus the Finding NeMO (New Members Orientation) Program was born.

Aptly christened by 2007 President JCI Mem. Angelo Daniel Parcon, the Finding NeMO program takes the Opportunity to Succeed Program, now known as the New Members Orientation Program to a higher level. Equipped with a battery of trainers led by National Graduate / Certified National Trainer JCI Mem. Cerwin Eviota and Certified National Trainer JCI Mem. Lorelei Dasmariñas, the Chapter Training Force (CTF) regularly conducts brainstorming activities that would further enhance the newcomer's learning experience during a Finding NeMO seminar.
